Terms for using the TECHBOOK website and requesting its services, orders through the hosting and domains store, and the cancellation and refund policy.

By using techbook.com.eg or requesting any TECHBOOK service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Requests and quotes

Briefs and Back Office requests sent from the website are initial requests, not contracts. The team reviews the scope and sends a written quote; work starts only after you accept it and its payment terms.

Prices shown on the website are “starting from” prices and may change. The binding price is the one in your quote or on the checkout page.

Domains, hosting and email

Domain, hosting, email and certificate orders are completed through the TECHBOOK store at hosting.techbook.com.eg, provided with our partner Link Datacenter, and are also subject to the store's terms and domain registry rules.

A domain's availability is confirmed only when registration is completed. You are responsible for accurate owner details and for renewing your services before they expire; services that are not renewed may stop and a domain may become available to others.

Our services may not be used for unlawful activity, spam or malware, and we may suspend a service in such cases.

Cancellation and refunds

Domain registration, transfer and renewal fees are non-refundable once completed, as they are paid to registries on execution.

Hosting, email and other services: the cancellation and refund terms stated in your quote or at checkout apply. To cancel, write to hello@techbook.com.eg with your order or invoice number.

Projects (websites, software, design, marketing and operations services): your quote sets the delivery and payment milestones; on cancellation, work completed to date is charged.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, the TECHBOOK logo and the department marks belong to TECHBOOK and may not be used without permission. Ownership of work delivered to you transfers as set out in your quote once it is paid for.

Liability

We provide the website and its information with care but do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect damages, and our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for it, as far as the law allows.

Privacy

Data you provide is handled under the Privacy Policy published on this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
