Ahmed Sayed is the founder of TECHBOOK. Over more than seventeen years in information technology, he rose through large companies from network and communications administration to leading entire IT departments, while delivering more than 500 projects for clients outside Egypt.
That experience was shaped at the heart of daily operations: opening factories and showrooms and equipping them with hundreds of network points and surveillance systems, building contact centers integrated with CRM across multiple branches, and running dozens of servers at near-full uptime, while noticeably cutting costs and support requests.
At TECHBOOK (formerly DO IT SOLUTIONS), Ahmed brings this experience together in six specialist departments with one experience: websites and hosting, IT solutions, software, contact centers and Back Office, marketing and brand, and smart systems.
